What's the process for ordering a custom name necklace?
Ordering is easy! Just select your preferred metal, font style, and enter the name to be engraved. We'll take care of the rest. Once your order is placed, your necklace will be specially crafted just for you.
How long does it take to receive my custom name necklace?
Custom orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to create. We handmake each necklace to ensure the highest quality, so please allow this processing time.
What name lengths can you accommodate?
We can engrave names up to 15 characters in length. This allows for first names, last names, and even short phrases.
Can you engrave symbols or emojis?
Absolutely! We can engrave any symbols, emojis, or special characters you'd like. Just let us know what you want engraved when placing your order.
Do you offer rush shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping on custom orders, as each piece needs special time and care during the creation process. We appreciate your patience as your unique necklace is crafted.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Just let us know within 24 hours of ordering, and we'll update your engraving text free of charge. Once your necklace is in production, changes can no longer be made.
Do you offer refunds on custom jewelry?
Custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made especially for you. Please review all engraving details carefully before finalizing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we happily ship custom necklaces worldwide! Just select your country at checkout and provide a valid shipping address.
