WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Email us ASAP once your return is sent!

At Gold Pres, we accept returns and replacements within 30 days of delivery only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

After 30 days, returns will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage customers to try their product within the first two weeks to ensure it meets their needs.

Exchange Policy:
In some cases, we allow a one-time exchange for size, color, chain, or an item of the same price, with an additional $15 shipping & handling fee.

Refunds & Restocking Fees:

  • Returns for a refund (preferential returns) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Custom and solid gold items are non-refundable, as each piece is handmade to order.
  • Limited edition, precious material, solid gold, or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is processed for your replacement item to be shipped (excluding back-ordered items) or for your refund to be issued.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Gold Pres is dedicated to providing our customers with the best experience and the highest quality jewelry. To uphold this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee add-on for all jewelry purchases.

If your jewelry fades, breaks, or gets damaged under normal wear, this guarantee allows you to receive a replacement of the same or an equal item for the lifetime of the piece.

  • Non-Custom Items – Eligible for up to 3 replacements only.
  • Custom Items – We will recreate the same item one time for free. Any additional replacements will require a $45 repair fee per item.
  • If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.

**Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT APPLY to solid and real gold items, does not replace lost or stolen items, and reserves the right to deny warranty in cases of obvious misuse*

 

CAN I STILL CANCEL/CHANGE THE DETAILS ON MY ORDER?

Yes! However, cancellations and order changes are only allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
