The price of our diamond rings varies based on several factors, including the quality and size of the diamonds, the type of metal used, and the design complexity. As you browse, you'll realize that from one ring to the next, the cost is different.

For example, a simple solitaire diamond ring will cost significantly less than a designer diamond ring with intricate details and multiple diamonds.

How Long Will My Diamond Ring Take to Be Ready?

At Gold Presidents, we want to ensure that your diamond ring is of the highest quality and meets your expectations. We understand that you're eager to start wearing your ring, but we need to make sure it's perfect before we send it out.

Therefore, the wait time will usually be several weeks. When you visit the product page for the diamond ring you're interested in, it will indicate the estimated time frame for production and shipping.

For example, some of our diamond rings take 4-6 weeks to be ready.

Which Materials Can Gold Presidents Use to Make Diamond Rings?

We offer diamond rings in a variety of materials, including white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum. Some diamond rings are available in multiple materials, and you can choose the one that best suits your style.

Are There Any Guarantees on Gold Presidents Diamond Rings?

Every diamond ring we create is backed by our lifetime guarantee. We aim to provide not only great-looking and high-quality jewelry but also a satisfying and memorable customer experience.

Our guarantee covers every occurrence of damage, fading, or breakage that is a result of the normal wear and tear process. Should this happen, you are entitled to a replacement. Note that the new item is the same make and style as the original.

We will only allow you to choose a different item if we have stopped producing the damaged one. The new piece of jewelry must have the same or a lower value than the one being replaced.

Note, however, that we will only replace the same diamond ring once. Beyond that, a price of $45 will be required. For reference, non-custom items are allowed three replacements.

Can I Return Gold Presidents Diamond Rings?

We handle returns and replacements so long as the process is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase. However, the diamond ring must be either defective or damaged upon your receipt for us to accept it.

Circumstances may see us allowing a one-time exchange of an item because of its particulars. The new item must be the same price, and there's an additional $15 cost for shipping and handling.

Are There Different Shipping Options That Will Affect the Pricing?

Yes. When you're ordering your diamond ring, you can choose from one of several shipping options, which are:

Express Standard Free The express option will see your diamond ring arrive within 3-5 days, the standard will yield 4-7 days, and free shipping will take 7-14 days.

International shipping is a bit different. Standard items (this subset excludes custom diamond rings) typically require a separate insurance purchase internationally, but your diamond ring will be shipped via registered delivery and will be fully insured.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time frame for your diamond ring includes the production and preparation time. We take the time to ensure that your diamond ring is perfect before we send it out.

Is It Safe to Wear My Diamond Ring While Doing Certain Activities?

While diamond rings are durable and can withstand normal wear and tear, certain activities may damage or scratch the diamonds or the metal. We recommend removing your diamond ring while doing activities such as:

Swimming, Exercising, Cleaning, Cooking, Engaging in manual labor. Also, please keep in mind that exposure to chemicals and certain substances can affect the appearance and quality of the diamonds and the metal.

Can I Customize My Diamond Ring?

We offer a variety of diamond ring designs to choose from, but we understand that you may have a specific vision in mind. We do offer some customization options, and we can work with you to create a custom diamond ring that fits your style and preferences.
