Can I customize an heirloom diamond or gemstone?

Absolutely! We can repurpose diamonds and gemstones from heirloom jewelry to create a new custom ring design around them. Just provide us with the stones.

How long does it take to create a custom ring?

From design to completion, allow 4-6 weeks for your custom ring order. As each ring is made just for you, we take great care through every step.

Can I see the ring design before it's created?

Yes, we'll provide an official 3D rendering and wax model to review and approve before crafting your ring in the final materials. This ensures complete satisfaction!

When should I order a custom engagement ring?

We recommend ordering your custom ring at least 2 months in advance of the proposal date. This allows time for the design process and creation.

Do you ship custom rings internationally?

We provide worldwide shipping for all our custom ring designs! Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
