In some cases, a chain will be attached to your custom pendant, while in others, it won't be included.
Is There a Guarantee on Personalized Jewelry?
Every personalized jewelry piece, including custom pendants and necklaces, comes with Gold Presidents lifetime guarantee. We strive to create high-quality, visually appealing jewelry and an exceptional customer experience.
Our guarantee covers any damage, fading, or breakage resulting from normal wear and tear. If this occurs, you're entitled to a replacement of the same make and style as the original.
If the damaged item is no longer in production, we'll allow you to choose a different item of the same or lower value. Please note that we'll only recreate the same personalized pendant once, after which a $45 fee will apply. Non-custom items are eligible for up to three replacements.
Can I Shower with a Gold Personalized Pendant On?
Wearing a gold personalized pendant, whether it's 10k, 14k, 18k, or 24k gold, in the shower is generally safe, as genuine jewelry doesn't have a paint coating. However, consistently showering with your pendant on may dull its shine over time.

Can I Return Gold Presidents Personalized Jewelry?
We understand that personalized jewelry, such as custom pendants and necklaces, can be a significant investment and that there may be situations where a return is necessary.
Gold Presidents accepts returns and replacements for defective or damaged items within 30 days of the original purchase. In certain circumstances, we may allow a one-time exchange for an item of the same price, with an additional $15 fee for shipping and handling.

Mistakes can happen, and we don't believe customers should suffer for them. We accept cancellations and changes within 48 hours of placing your order. This policy helps minimize confusion, errors, and waste.
