RETURN POLICY WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At Gold Presidents, we’re committed to the quality of our jewelry and your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
After 30 days, while refunds are not available, we do offer a one-time exchange for size, color, chain, or an item of the same price. A $15 shipping and handling fee applies to this exchange option.
Please note that custom and solid gold items are non-refundable, as each piece is handcrafted to order.
Return for Refund (Preferential Returns): If you would like to return an item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total prior to reimbursement. Please reach out to us to initiate the process.
