RETURN POLICY WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At Gold Pres, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date the item(s) were delivered, ONLY if it's damaged or defective upon receiving.
After the 30-day period, we won't be able to offer a refund, but we will allow a ONE-TIME exchange in size, color, chain, and item of the SAME price with an additional cost of $15 for the shipping and handling fee.
Please note that custom and solid gold items are not eligible for return since each piece is handmade to order.
Return for a refund (Preferential returns) is subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. Kindly contact us to start the process.

Gold Pres is committed in providing our customers with the best experience and highest quality jewelry. As part of this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee add-on for all jewelry purchases.
If your product fades, breaks, or is damaged during normal wear, for the lifetime of the piece, the guarantee entitles you a replacement for a new equal/same item:
*Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT APPLY to solid and real gold items, does not replace lost or stolen items, and reserves the right to deny warranty in cases of obvious misuse

CAN I STILL CANCEL/CHANGE THE DETAILS ON MY ORDER?
Yes, we accept cancellation and changes in details STRICTLY within 48 hours upon the order being placed (**if the order is not yet fulfilled). Kindly email us ASAP with your order number and concern at goldpresidents@gmail.com.
Please note that order cancellations and changes outside the allowable time frame will no longer be accepted and processed.
Domestic:
NON-Custom Items: Most items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 4 - 8 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.
Custom Items: Custom designed items will take 4 - 6 weeks to create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 4 - 8 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.

International:
For international orders you can select either of the following options:
USPS International Priority (Allow 1 - 2 days to ship and 6 - 12 days to arrive. Tracking provided until package leaves U.S. only and Insurance must be purchased separately). USPS shipments come with the package's customs number indicating when the package leaves the United States. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS*
*Please note that all solid gold, diamond, or custom orders are made to order. These orders may take 4 - 6 weeks to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance.Â
Undeliverable Packages:
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a reliable and safe delivery location for the package.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete or invalid address, you will be offered the options of reshipping the package, for a $15 shipping and handling fee, or canceling the order (subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. This is applicable for noncustom items only!). If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of the failed delivery, we will proceed with cancellation and the associated fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Gold Presidents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number.
NOTE: Lost/ stolen packages are not eligible for a refund only for a replacement if the result from the MISSING CLAIM was presented.
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure its reliability and security for safe delivery, including monitoring tracking updates for prompt retrieval upon delivery. If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please double check that you've provided the correct address, after which we recommend the following:
