At Gold Pres, we accept returns and replacements within 30 days of delivery only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

After 30 days, returns will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage customers to try their product within the first two weeks to ensure it meets their needs.

Exchange Policy:
In some cases, we allow a one-time exchange for size, color, chain, or an item of the same price, with an additional $15 shipping & handling fee per item.

Refunds & Restocking Fees:

• Returns for a refund (preferential returns) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Custom and solid gold items are non-refundable, as each piece is handmade to order.
• Limited edition, precious material, solid gold, or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is processed for your replacement item to be shipped (excluding back-ordered items) or for your refund to be issued.

Gold Pres is dedicated to providing our customers with the best experience and the highest quality jewelry. To uphold this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee add-on for all jewelry purchases.

If your jewelry fades, breaks, or gets damaged under normal wear, this guarantee allows you to receive a replacement of the same or an equal item for the lifetime of the piece.

• Non-Custom Items – Eligible for up to 2 replacements only.
• Custom Items – We will recreate the same item one time for free. Any additional replacements will require a $45 repair fee per item.
• If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.

**Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT APPLY to VS, VVS, SI Diamonds, solid and real gold items, does not replace lost or stolen items, and reserves the right to deny warranty in cases of obvious misuse*

CAN I STILL CANCEL/CHANGE THE DETAILS ON MY ORDER?

Yes! However, cancellations and order changes are only allowed within 48 hours of purchase.

Note: We won’t be able to process any requests if we don’t receive your email within the specified timeframe.

How long does it take for shipping?

Domestic:

NON-Custom Items: Most Rope Chains, Mini Crosses, and Single Letter Baguette Pendants will be shipped within 48 working hours.

All other items, including Cubans, Earrings, Western Pendants, Diamond Letter Pendants, and Tennis Chains, are pre-order items and will be shipped within 2–3 weeks, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 4–8 business days.

All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.

Custom Items: Custom designed items will take 4 - 6 weeksto create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 4 - 8 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.

International:

For international orders you can select either of the following options:

USPS International Priority (Allow 1 - 2 days to ship and 6 - 12 days to arrive. Tracking provided until package leaves U.S. only and Insurance must be purchased separately). USPS shipments come with the package's customs number indicating when the package leaves the United States. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS*

*Please note that all solid gold, diamond, or custom orders are made to order.  These orders may take 4 - 6 weeks to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance. 


Undeliverable Packages:

We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a reliable and safe delivery location for the package.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete or invalid address, you will be offered the options of reshipping the package, for a $15 shipping and handling fee, or canceling the order (subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. This is applicable for noncustom items only!). If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of the failed delivery, we will proceed with cancellation and the associated fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Gold Presidents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deems the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number.

NOTE: Lost/ stolen packages are not eligible for a refund only for a replacement if the result from the MISSING CLAIM was presented.

We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure its reliability and security for safe delivery, including monitoring tracking updates for prompt retrieval upon delivery. If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please double-check that you've provided the correct address, we recommend the following:

• Look to see if a notice of attempted delivery was left
• Look in your mailbox and around the delivery location- the courier may have left it somewhere less conspicuous (e.g., by the garage, on the front porch, in the decorative antique mailbox on the house, etc.)
• Ask anyone you live with if they found the package (e.g. roommate takes the package in and puts it up for safekeeping, and then forgets until asked)
• Check with your neighbors, particularly if you have similar house numbers
