At an esteemed auction held to support the Reform Alliance Charity at Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort on October 2, JAY-Z's magnificent diamond-encrusted Jacob & Co. timepiece commanded an astounding $1.5 million USD. Known for his passion for collecting exquisite watches, Hov generously contributed this horological masterpiece to the auction, all proceeds of which went towards the charity he co-founded. The Reform Alliance Charity is dedicated to helping ex-prisoners reintegrate into productive, meaningful lives.

This exceptional timepiece, named the Caviar Tourbillon World Timer, is crafted from 18-karat white gold and boasts a manual-winding tourbillon that elegantly displays three distinct global time zones, featuring cities like Los Angeles, Geneva, and Dubai, all powered by an impressive 120-hour reserve.

The watch is adorned with a dazzling array of 204 baguette diamonds on its dial, complemented by an additional 294 on its bezel, case, and bracelet. Its intricate internal mechanisms are showcased through a transparent caseback, secured to a rich navy-blue strap.

This spectacular piece found its new home with an anonymous collector. Alongside JAY-Z, the illustrious auction was graced by the founding board members of the Reform Alliance Charity, including Michael Rubin, Meek Mill, Clara Wu Tsai, Mike Novogratz, and CEO Robert Ross. The event also saw a gathering of renowned personalities, such as Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, Tiffany Haddish, Lil Baby, and many more.
